How does a hiring campaign work?

We run targeted Facebook & LinkedIn campaigns for your specific role and location. We create the ad content, set up the targeting, manage the campaign, and deliver a shortlist of pre-screened candidates to you within 7 days. You own all candidate data. No job boards. No placement fees.

We provide full reporting on reach, impressions, click-through rates, and candidate applications. You see exactly how many people saw your ad, how many clicked, and who applied. We also send you a weekly summary during the campaign.

How do we track the results?

You'll have access to a live dashboard showing impressions, clicks, and applications. You can see exactly how your budget is being used and which channels are delivering the best candidates.
